Love it. Best job I’ve ever had.Home Health Aide (Current Employee) - New Hampshire - January 23, 2024 I can’t think of anything hard about my job honestly. The management is fantastic, I’m a single mother, they’re always accommodating to days off for my kids or my self, your clients are veterans and some of the best humans I’ve met. Mental health days are important. I’ve received gift cards in the mail just for being an employee. The management team is made up of women which I love, the RN (supervisor) is very kind and always willing to hear what you have to say. They give actual constructive criticism without making you feel stupid. It’s incredible working for such amazing people.
Best job I've ever had!Caregiver (Current Employee) - Rochester, NH - January 5, 2024 There's so much wonderful things I could say. The owners are so amazing. I've never worked for more caring people in my life. I didn't know companies like this existed. The people I work with are so grateful for my help. I don't feel used and abused. I have also never had a job in Healthcare that I have every weekend off and every holiday. After I worked for them for a year, I was given a week's vacation paid. My time off is a priority to them. LOVE LOVE this job!
