Our Process
First you will receive a phone call from our company to gather information. We will ask questions regarding the client, scheduling needs, and expectations of the caregiver.
Once this call is completed, we reach out to any available staff in the clients area OR hire a caregiver to meet the clients’ specific needs. This process can take a few weeks but we will keep in constant communication during the process.
Once we have a caregiver, the nurse manager will schedule what we call a “meet and greet”. This is the perfect opportunity for the nurse to evaluate the needs of the client, review scheduling needs, all while getting the caregiver/client/family comfortable with each other. If all goes well, the caregiver will usually start the next working day.
