Our Leaders
Laura Costello, COO/AdminLaura has over 20 years of financial and business management experience and extensive experience starting and volunteering for many local non profit organizations. Working extensively with the V.A. for the past four years, she felt how they valued the services that an Agency could provide through consistent schedules and compassionate aides. This is how HHCS of Southern ME & NH was crafted. Her next role will be to cultivate the non Profit extension of HHCS of Southern ME and NH so that the Agency can help their Veterans beyond the Home Health piece. Laura enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and watching lacrosse with her husband and two children. They also enjoy their time at camp in Northern Maine. |
Julie O'Leary, R.N.Julie brings 20+ years of experience in the medical field. Julie began as an L.N.A. at the age of 20. After 13 years working hands-on with patients she graduated with her RN in 2015. She has worked in long-term care settings, hospitals, and most recently as a V.N.A. nurse before partnering up with Laura to open this amazing agency. Her role of Care Manager means that through in person visits, no detail is left behind. She helps make sure that the Aides and Veterans always maintain a great working relationship. Her passion is promoting safe environments for clients and caregivers to thrive. In her free time, Julie loves to spend time with her husband, 2 boys, and two BIG dogs at their camp in VT. |
